BASIC SETUP
The guitar will be ready to play when it arrives...with a medium/low action.
I do not clean or change any electrics which are simply dirty(scratchy pots or jacks), as I prefer to keep my guitars as original as possible, I will also not use contact cleaner on pots, as it may strip the track faster. So i leave this up to the buyer to decide....I find most scratchyness will simply clean up with use. ...this is the best method...


 SHIPPING and RETURNS

If the guitar is returned for any reason within a 1 month period of purchase, the buyer may exchange it for another guitar, with any difference in price being either funded by the buyer, or refunded to the buyer.
If the guitar is returned for an exchange, the buyer pays all shipping costs.

If the guitar is returned due to transit damage when originally shipped, a full refund of the purchase price of the guitar will be given, provided that the damage has been documented and photographed, by the buyer, on arrival, and any damage reported the  courier at this time.  
THIS MEANS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS OPEN THE PACKAGE AND CHECK FOR DAMAGE WITH THE DRIVER THERE.
In the event of returns for breakage the buyer pays all shipping costs.
